Terms and Conditions

Workshop places are limited. Because we need to organise venues and staffing well in advance, please note the following conditions.

Refunds and changes in bookings:

• Full refund, credit or change of workshop are offered for cancellations at least 4 weeks in advance.

• 50% refund, full credit or change of workshop are offered for cancellations at least 2 weeks in advance.

• No further refunds are available.

In case of illness or family emergency:

• Please do not bring your child if they are are unwell.

• For holiday and one-day workshops, credit or change of workshop is offered.

• For weekly after-school or other workshop series, attendance on another day or venue may be possible. If not, we will provide the weekly task for your child to undertake at home.

• In case of ongoing illness or family emergency, please contact us to make arrangements. We will do our best to look after you.
